The Titans - Episode 2: Rhea

The end of The Olympians, the start of The Titans! Hello everyone, today will be me, James the great, posting! Rhea was given birth by Ouranos and Gaea Have you ever heard the story of how The Olympians came to exist? Well, a lot had to do with Rhea, because she gave birth to most of them. It all started with Rhea and Kronos being a couple first.


After Zeus saved them, Rhea made him the king of the Olympians. Even though all of his s e present Olympians), he swallowed each of them as soon as they were born. When Rhea was about to give birth to Zeus, she was very afraid that Kronos was swallow him, just like his siblings, so Rhea wrapped a blanket around a stone and pretended that it was Zeus inside. When Kronos saw it, he carelessly swallowed it and didn't notice that it was a stone. When Zeus came back to the palace, he defeated Kronos in a fierce battle and cut open his stomach, therefore saving all the original Olympians.


After Zeus saved them, Rhea made him the king of the Olympians. Even though all of his siblings are bigger than him, they did not argue. Zeus deserved the throne. Rhea was very happy, but the story doesn't end here. When the war between the Olympians and the Titans began, Rhea was frantically choosing which side to be on. In my opinion, Rhea had a very tense life. That is all about Rhea, thank you for reading!
